However, when the filling machine stops due to material introduction, tank change, capping, bottle bursting and other faults, there will be two situations: one is insufficient liquid due to the high bubble pressure; the other is that the excitation device is stopped and the filling machine runs half a circle to reach the normal running speed, which leads to the high air in the neck of the bottle in the first half circle.

 

We found that when the filling machine (parameters and application scope of automatic filling machine) is in shutdown and idle operation, the main reason for abnormal liquid level and bottleneck air is that the bubble pressure can not be adjusted quickly with the running speed. If the dripping and foaming device is modified to make the pressure of dripping and foam drawing change synchronously with the filling machine, the qualified rate of bottleneck air can be improved when the wine machine is restarted and runs slowly.

 

 

Transformation method

 

We analyzed the principle of high-pressure bubble pump, calculated the adjustable speed of frequency converter of main reducer of filling machine. After the joint study of workshop staff and equipment engineers, we finally decided to make the bubble pump and the main machine of filling machine run synchronously, and add the power supply at the output end of the frequency converter of the main machine to the air switch input end of the high-pressure pump, so that the main machine and the high-pressure pump of the filling machine can be started at the same time Slow, fast, stop effect. The operation sequence still starts the high-pressure pump and heater first, and then the high-pressure pump and the main engine are controlled synchronously. According to this scheme, the corresponding power connection transformation is carried out.

After the transformation, the pressure of the foam pump can be automatically adjusted according to the speed of the frequency converter of the host machine, so as to ensure that the bubbling device can be opened normally when the filling machine is started after stopping the machine and running at a slow speed in case of wine drawing, tank changing, capping and other fault reasons, basically ensuring that each bottle of wine can be stimulated, and the qualified rate of overall bottleneck air content is greatly improved.
